UNIC New Delhi organized a press conference on 15 May on the upcoming UN Conference on the Global Economic Crisis, also referred to as the G-192. The media was briefed by Dr. Y.V. Reddy, Member of the Commission of Experts of the President of the UN General Assembly on Reforms of the International Monetary and Financial System and former Governor, Reserve  Bank of India.

Dr. Reddy presented an overview of discussions of the Expert Commission and updated the media on the background of and expectations from the G-192 Conference to be held in New York, 1-3 June 2009.
