At an event in organized in New Delhi by the Kerala Bhasha Patanam Kendra on 21 February 2010, UNIC NIO Rajiv Chandran (far right) released a set of CDs for teaching Malayalam language. NIO also read out the message of the UNESCO Director General Irina Bokova on the Day.
