Fictitious vacancy announcements and job offers in the name of the United Nations and its agencies are being circulated through the internet to get applicants to register for training in various UN agencies for a fee.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE UN, AS A MATTER OF POLICY, DOES NOT CHARGE ANY APPLICATION, PROCESSING OR TRAINING FEE AT ANY STAGE OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS.

 

Logos, emblems, names and addresses can be easily copied or reproduced. You are therefore advised to verify the vacancies before providing any personal information. 

 

If you have received a job offer that appears suspicious or solicits funds from you for training, please forward it, together with all related information and documentation, to unicindia@unicindia.org
